just north of Sunrise Hwy. just west of Bellmore Ave.

Rates, Terms, Rules
2023 Rates: $80.00 per spot
CBO Reserves the right to change these rates. A spot consists of 2 "parking spaces". Aisles are to be left
open. If CBO has to return to collect the fee, the charge will be $90.00. There is no reserving spots.)
You are responsible to pay between 6:00 am and 8:00 am. Flea Market Closes at 3:00pm, please vacate
the premises by 3:30pm. CBO is not responsible for rainouts. Portable Bathrooms are available on
the day of the Flea Market.
Do not leave behind your unwanted merchandise or trash (a dumpster is provided at the west end
of the field for incidental trash). You will be prohibited access to future Flea Markets if you leave unwanted
merchandise or trash. Trash receptacles are for flea market patrons only. Vendor merchandise, tables,
showcases, displays, portable tents, canopies are the property of the vendor and must be in good condition
and properly displayed. Vendors are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage.
CBO reserves the right to deny access to any vendor or remove them if they are not compliant
with Flea Market Rule.
Food Trucks are Prohibited. The sale of guns, knives, or weapons on any kind is strictly prohibited. The sale of animals, life stock,etc. is strictly prohibited. CBO reserves the right to prohibit any vendor access.
There are no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Flea Market is open to all Vendors and Shoppers. All attendees are required to adhere to and follow
the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines, the various health organizations’
(including Nassau County) and the Guidelines outlined below. (These guidelines are mandatory and
subject to change at any time.)
All Vendors and Shoppers, their family members, guests and friends acknowledge that there is a risk of exposure to COVID19 and any and all consequences thereof. Please make informed choices about attending the flea market.
