I am excited to inform you about our Shavuot contest for all children on Thursday evening, May 28th at 6:00 PM. The contest is for the children to write down what their 11th commandment would be. They can draw or paint it, write a poem about it, or simply just write it down. There will be a prize for the winner. Check our website for the link.
I am happy to report that our new program ,"Bedtime Stories With Milk and Cookies" was a great success! Please join us on Tuesday evenings, May 26th & June 2nd at 7:00 PM. This program is for all young children through our Bet students. We have a surprise reader each week.
I am also thrilled to inform you that we are thinking about planning a Summer Experience Program and would appreciate your input on what type of classes you would like to see us offer. As a reminder, we will not have classes this Sunday, May 24th, in observance of Memorial Day weekend, and we will not have regular classes on Thursday, May 28th, Erev Shavuot. Cantor Kowitz will be starting his new program, Music and Prayers, on Thursday, May 28th at 3:00 PM. Please join him for this wonderful class.
