A very special "Todah Rabah" to the Broder and Fingeroth families for once again sponsoring our "Pizza-in-the-Hut". This experience is always a favorite for all of our students.
This Monday, October 1, 2018, we would like all of our students and their families to come to the Congregational Simchat Torah Bash which will start at 7:00 PM in the Sanctuary. It is always a night to remember. In addition, we will present our Aleph students with a miniature Torah Scroll of their own, just before the Simchat Torah Bash.
DALET AND HEY STUDENTS: We would appreciate your help on Monday, October 1, 2018 when our Aleph students will receive a miniature Torah Scroll of their own. If you can assist, please let me know as soon as possible. We ask all of our volunteers to arrive at the temple by 6:20 PM. We really appreciate all of your help in presenting the Torah Scrolls to our Aleph students. Please let me know by this Sunday if you are able to assist.
The Kindergarten and Primary Class: Made beautiful decorations for our Sukkah. This Sunday, September 30, 2018, they will be enjoying "Pizza Bagels-in-the-Hut".
The Pre-Aleph Class also made wonderful decorations to put on the Sukkah. This Sunday, September 30, 2018, they will also be enjoying "Pizza Bagels-in-the-Hut".
Aleph: Our Aleph Consecration is this Monday, October 1, 2018, when our Aleph students will receive their very own miniature Torah Scroll. The service will start at 7:00 PM in the sanctuary. Students, please arrive at 6:40 PM and remember to wear a white shirt and a dark bottom.
Bet: I am very proud and impressed by all of our Bet students and how much they recalled about Sukkot.
Gimel: I was very impressed by our Gimel Class and the amount of questions they asked and answered of our new Shinshin, Yoav. He really made Israel sound exciting.
Dalet: Our Dalet students were impressed and excited to meet Yoav, our Shinshin. They asked him many insightful and interesting questions about Sukkot.
Hey: The Hebrew High classes begin on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 7:00 PM until 8:40 PM at the Merrick Jewish Centre.
