 Covid-19 Safety Protocols and Guidelines

Congregation Beth Ohr is committed to protecting the health, welfare and safety of all of our members. Everyone is required to follow the CDC’s, the various health organizations’ and CBO’s guidelines while on synagogue property. These guidelines are mandatory and subject to change at any time.

YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE SYNAGOGUE IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE:

1 - COVID-19 OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WITH COVID-19 IN THE LAST 14 DAYS

2 - FEVER GREATER THAN 100.4 F

3 - COUGH OR SHORTNESS OF BREATH HEADACHE OR MUSCLE PAIN

4 - SORE THROAT

5 - CHILLS OR REPEATED SHAKING WITH CHILLS RUNNY NOSE

When entering the synagogue, the following are required:

1.  Masks must be worn at all times.

2.  Congregant’s temperature will be taken upon entry.

3.  Sanitizing hands is required upon entry.

4.  Follow the directional arrows located on the floor throughout the shul including access to the sanctuary, social hall and Muraskin room. (The coat room will be locked.)

5.  Sit in designated seats only.

6.  Maintain social distancing (6 feet at all times except for singing. Singing requires 12 feet separation.)

7.  Only one person is permitted to use the rest room at a time. Use the “occupied/vacant” sign to indicate that the bathroom is in use. Reverse the sign upon exit.

8.  Do not congregate at any time while on synagogue property.
